Rosanna Trasatti, PsyD, MBA
Dr. Rosanna Trasatti is a performance psychologist and leading expert in executive effectiveness. Before founding Eleva, she served as a leadership strategy consultant for 20+ years including 17 years with YSC Consulting where she founded and led the firm’s Global Private Equity practice. There, she was a member of the Global Leadership Team and Board. More recently, she was the Managing Director and Head of Talent for Accenture’s Private Equity Practice. For nearly a decade, she has worked exclusively with PE firms and their portfolio Leadership Teams to support them as they scale their businesses at pace.
Rosanna has not only advised, coached and supported some of the world’s most consequential investors, successful entrepreneurs, and impactful leaders, she has also operated as an executive in a PE-backed company, having led multiple teams and businesses. She combines leading-edge insights and industry best practices with real-world experience to help people and businesses reach their full potential.
Rosanna holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology as well as an MBA with certifications in Forensic Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Organization Design, and Executive Coaching. She received her qualifications from the University of Notre Dame, Widener University and Cornell University.

I love doing hard things with good people for real impact. The daughter of Italian immigrants, from an early age I became fixated on identifying both the characteristics (e.g., resilience, grit, smarts, etc) and the conditions (e.g., supports, systems, serendipity) that enable people to excel. I find no greater meaning and joy than helping people, teams and businesses find their way to exceptional, and have dedicated my career to helping to do just that. I believe a rising tide lifts all boats, and I have focused on working with investors and leaders as the lever points to broader systemic impacts.
Rosanna lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two daughters. She’s an avid reader, a certified yoga instructor, a novice pickleball player, a lover of the outdoors and hiking, a student of Texas Hold ‘em poker, an amateur Italian cook, a reluctant Girl Scout troop leader (you now know where to get your Thin Mints fix), and an enthusiastic traveler and vacation planner.
Elsa Brotchie
Elsa provides a wealth of experience and a track record of excellence to her role as Director of Operations. Prior to joining Eleva, she spent more than four years in Operations and as a Client Coordinator with YSC Consulting (later part of Accenture). During her tenure at YSC, Elsa was a valued Operations team member within its Global Private Equity Practice, during which she serviced numerous Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies. Prior to YSC, she worked at a social media channel as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager. Elsa’s deep experience enables her exceptional skill in managing high-profile client portfolios, including within the Private Equity space. She prides herself on providing clients with a compelling blend of efficient operations and premium client service.
In her current seat as Eleva’s Director of Operations, she plays a pivotal role in operationalizing the firm’s strategic initiatives and establishing operational processes and best practices. Leveraging her creative talents and previous media channel experience, Elsa has also co-led the promotion of Eleva’s Speaking Engagements offering. Elsa successfully manages key client relationships, ensures projects are executed seamlessly, and fosters a culture of creativity and innovation.
Elsa attended University of Glasgow, Scotland, graduating with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History. Alongside History she studied Theatre Studies, Psychology and Sociology. Whilst at university, Elsa served as an elected Board Member of the Glasgow University Student Union in the role of Entertainments Convener. In this capacity, she was responsible for her Entertainments Committee, organizing events, and was an active member of the Board; overseeing numerous projects, budgets and tackling issues relevant to the student body.
Elsa’s varied interests and hobbies outside of work center around outlets for her creativity and artistry. She is a talented artist and budding entrepreneur, with her own Etsy shop specializing in fan art. Music has always been a big part of Elsa’s life; she has been playing piano since she was 11 years old, is a novice guitar player, and is always listening to music at home or on the go. A self-professed homebody, she is an avid reader, sudoku player and amateur film buff. When outside, Elsa enjoys running, dog walking (particularly if it’s rainy!), and spending time in nature. She loves to travel and counts New York City among her current favorite destinations. She recently relocated back to Scotland from London and currently lives in Edinburgh.
